Hierin wordt door een persoon geklaagd dat zijn Windows vista personalisatie menu niet werkt. In een lang en duidelijk filmpje van zijn handelingen wordt naar voren gegeven dat zijn Windows vista niet goed werkt. Hierop reageren veel mensen met dezelfde problemen. Geen reactie van Windows.

Social networks, bedrijven zijn niet aardig voor hun vrienden.

Stel: iemand uit uw vriendenkring belt. En u belt niet terug. U wordt gemaild. En u mailt niet terug. U krijgt een kaartje. U gooit ‘m in de prullenbak. Raar? Ja, heel raar. Maar het gebeurt. Sterker: sommige bedrijven zeggen in het openbaar dat ze hun vrienden ‘eng’ vinden. H&M, bijvoorbeeld.

We weten het best: dat zou nu nooit doen. U bent aardig, voorkomend, behulpzaam en loyaal. U gaat goed met uw vrienden om. U koestert ze, zoals u ook uw klanten koestert.

Fans
Maar niet iedere ondernemer is zo’n toffe peer (m/v) als u. Er zijn zelfs bedrijven die hun vrienden en hun fans links laten liggen! We lazen vandaag een mooi (daarmee bedoelen we: slecht) voorbeeld. H&M blijkt namelijk een wel heel slechte vriend. En noem ons idealistisch, maar dat willen wij hier, à la Caroline, Robert en Bert, dus aan de kaak stellen.

Merkgroupies
Oké, de case. H&M heeft op hyves 170.000 vrienden. Dan zou je denken dat de kledingreus al die merkgroupies zou omarmen. Mailtje hier, aanbiedinkje daar –dat werk. Maar dat doet H&M dus niet. Veel te veel werk. En bovendien: eng.

In de kou
De H&M-woordvoerder zegt het zo: ‘Op onze website kunnen we alles controleren, op zo’n community niet.’ Dat is waar, natuurlijk. Maar daarmee laat de kledinggigant wel 170.000 vrienden in de kou staan.

Onloyaal
En H&M is niet de enige die dat doet. Nederland telt meer onloyale vrienden, zegt internetmarketinggoeroe Igor Beuker. Vrienden die niet naar hun vrienden luisteren. Ja, zij bestoken hun vrienden – op basis van op social networks verklapte informatie – wél met zogenaamd relevante advertenties.

Converseren
Maar echt luisten? Ho maar. De oplossing van de goeroe: converseren in plaats van alleen maar adverteren. Gelukkig zijn er al bedrijven die dat al wel onder de knie hebben. Het is ook niet zo moeilijk, want ook op internet is succesvol netwerken een kwestie van, nu ja, netwerken. En hier leest u hoe u dat doet.

Mogelijkheid tot het adverteren bij personen die bijvoorbeeld bij bepaalde merken zijn aangemeld. Hierdoor is er de mogelijkheid tot het bereiken van een specifieke groep.

WOMM via het internet. Ook prduct reviews via het internet zijn een goede WOMM tussen de consumenten. Goed voorbeeld hiervan is Apple die vaak reageert op weblog posts waarin geklaagd wordt over de service van Apple. Als het een beetje populaire weblog is, krijgt de schrijver bijna gegarandeerd een belletje van Apple met excuses en een leuk aanbod. Apple heeft dus mensen in dienst die dit soort gevallen naspeuren op het web. Flop van WOMM

Veel voorkomende fouten van bedrijven zijn zodra er slecht over het product gepraat wordt, er een wellus/ nietes conversatie van wordt gemaakt. Luister naar wat het probleem is en geef alternatieven of oplossingen.

A woman visits a doctor and after it she must wait 6 days before it really takes place. This regulated legally so the women must think about it if she really want this.
